Im about to buy my first wah/crybaby pedal and i wanna know which would be the best to get, but not too expensive.

I would highly recommend the Morley Bad Horsie 2, it's switchless and has a good sweep range. Very versatile. My other guitarist uses a Dunlop 535Q and it also sounds good as well.

Stay away from Vox Wahs, unless they're modded.

I've never tried it that one. But the Mark Tremonti is perfect for my taste. Smooth, modern, and generally excellent sound.

The dude is a bit annoying but he gets the point across.

Also, I find it pretty annoying that everybody who has a Bad Horsie II talks down on how useful the contour really is on it.

You could try the Zakk Wylde wah. I have it and its bad ass. I havn't had any problems with it so far
