I agree 100%. I think it is bullshit. I am even one of the few on the metal forums that take up for Evan. They aren't my fave band by any means but despite the fact I can't stand some of the nu-metal aspects of their style, Amy Lee is an incredible singer and the band has promise as they already have some very different tendencies than ANY nu-metallish band ala pianos (proggish) etc. I hope Evan alters their style a little more toward what I like but I refuse to hate them because they are popular.
Now that I am done with my suck up speech..... screw those assholes that are trying to screw Wal-Mart. Though I normally like to pull for the "little guy" I hope Wal-Mart drags this thing out and runs the plaintiff out of money trying to pay for legal fees. If the CD offends you throw the damned thing away and don't buy another one from that artist. This is 2004.
Some lame ass is tired of getting up and going to work everyday like everyone else, so they are looking for an easy way out is all that boils down to. I hate leeches !! Dude, i would pay to get some fucking trouble on that guy. Being so fucking idiotic deserves a....i dont know what, but something very very evil and sarcastic. He should pay for the fees with money, and be paid back for winning the case with a BIG SMILE AND FRENCH FRIES. The fees would have lots of zeros.
