Right now my desktop is just solid black. I switch my wallpapers frequently though.

It's blank right now cause I was running Morrowind earlier and I've noticed a slight performance increase if I disable wallpapers and active desktop.

Most of my backgrounds are usually scenery pictures, or the occassional metal album cover or Happy Tree Friends.
