I had planned on buying a couple of other items before I saw the announcement that Warm audio waz releasing a neve 1073 clone. I bought it immediately after finding mickrich clips on another forum after searching for a few minutes on google. I havent had a chance to put any mic sources into it yet, but running line level stuff into for mixing, I am incredibly impressed with it. It behaves as I expect it to after using 73 modeled plugins, and there is a nice and useful/musical resonance bump when high passing that doesnt happen in the plugins (dont know if it happens on the original neve hardware). I got the 273eq, so I can work stereo tracks, but also because I found running a kick through two plugins chained got some very interesting and aggressive results for metal. I will post some stuff I have done when I get a chance, but wanted to at least share something on it, since there wasnt a lot of talk about it on any of the forums I generally use.

And an aside note, of all the neve plugins I have, the Sonimus Burnely73 gets very close to overall tone of the eq section of the WA73 at similar settings. Very aggressive but smoothly bright when pusing the high end and upper range of the mid band.
