Hey, progressive metal in Montreal is looking for a powerful, melodic, yet aggressive (when warranted) singer, a la Warrel Dane, Mathew Barlow, Bruce Dickinson, Tim Aymar, Chris Cornell, James Hetfield (newer stuff), Russel Allen...
Composition skills a definite plus.

Our style is influenced by Nevermore, Opeth, Symphony X, Death (Control Denied), Spiral Architect, etc...

Inmy defense, dudes, ever since the Black album, Hetfield's voice has steadily improved, but that's no the point, I mentioned him and Cornell to help dentify the character of the voice; what all these guys have in common is that they have thick, strong voices that distort quite nicely when they want them too. We don't want growlers screetchers and screamers, and we don't want power ballerinas either. That's all I meant.

Obviously the emphasis was on the awesome metal singers (Dane, Aymar, Dickinson, Barlow), which is why their names went first.

Damn it would be cool if Aymar flew up here from Pittsburgh now that he doesn't have a band.... :Spin: :Spin:
