Warrior Soul and other forgotten classics

I was going through my older CD's the other day, and I stumbled across some Warrior Soul. I also have a couple tapes (but can't find them at the moment).

Does anybody else remember this band? They are probably one of the most under-appreciated bands ever. 'Chil Pill' is my favorite disc of theirs. It's a classic IMO.

What other bands need to be rediscovered?

I stoped listening to them because of Chill Pill. I liked it better when they were pissed off. The first three albums are great though.

Chill Pill is not as angry in the sense that there isn't as much yelling, but the lyrics are the same. I also think Chill Pill was there most original album. It's always tought for people to swallow originality. Sometimes bands are ahead of their time, and it takes a few years for people to catch up with them.

Chill Pill came off like just another copy of the glam rock thing to me. I thought the older 3 albums sounded way more original. They were a nice mix of punk attitude and showmanship. Two things that I have never since seen done just that way.
