Web Cams

So do any of you guys have any suggestions for a type of web cam to use for lessons? I'm not to up to date on web cams because I never owned one, and I'm worried about getting something thats gonna end up lagging and stuff. The stores I've gone to the people who work there havent been much help either. So do you guys know of any companies that made good webcams that are affordable?

Web Cams are cheap now. I got a crappy little one made by a company called Micro about 2 years ago for like $10 and that works just fine. I would recommend one with a microphone built-in (mine has that as well).
