zzhosting.com Fer serious. I think the plan I got is $3.95 a month for 10GB storage, unlimited bandwidth, 500 or more email accounts and a bunch of other shit I've never heard of and don't understand. They've only been down once in 2 years for just a couple hours. I'd say they're solid.
Been the host of MetallyGuitarded.com since it's inception. My only complaint is that their services don't seem to compensate for the utter lameness of my website. I guess I suck and I have no one to blame but me... : (
