Weird ear problem

You should never use q-tips for cleaning your ear canal. You might get some ear wax out, but you'll also push lots of it in and clog your ear. Use temperate water to clean your ears.

It seems you guys have it a lot worse than I do :/ I only get it from really loud, continuous high or high mid noises like a powersaw or a drummer smashing the shit out of the cymbals in a small space. Same with loud conversation, like the the usual five-guys-and-two-chicks-drunk-as-apes, all trying to be louder than everybody else. I've been constantly paying attention to it and observing if it gets worse and if I should go to a doctor, but since it's been the same all these years I haven't seen one yet. I'll probably mention it when I start going to school again in January, just in case.
