Not to derail your thread here man, your work is great... but further on the plugins you used, did you use any for bass and such? And where do you find these things? I always just use basic stuff, usually just what comes with my DAW, hah... but after hearing the results people get with these, I am honestly intrigued.

hell, I use it on everything.

bass is a sansamp bass DI and a mic'd ampeg svt 3 and an ampeg 4x10 mic'd with an at4033, plus I ran it through the guitar rig with a marshall 4x12 and a 57. Same settings/distortion as the guitar.

I sent that to an effects buss with chorus and blended that to taste (moved it around till heard the obvious chorusing, then backed it down from there) the chorus was a "classic chorus" another free plugin. I got it here http://www.kjaerhusaudio.com/

bass sounded real dark for my taste, but fits the music really well... sounds really really good, man!

thanks rex. it was a really cheap fretless, I was surprised it was workable
