Bethesda, eh? Hanging out with the rich folks?

Route 355: Rockville Pike - miles and miles of shopping and restaurants from Rockville to Bethesda. Ate at BD's Mongolian BBQ in Bethesda. Stayed at the Bethesda Marriot. Went to Dave & Busters at White Flint Park. Had a beer @ Hooters in Rockville. Other than that - all the same stores as anywhere else - and I missed all the rich folk places.

But damn - I thought our traffic was bad:eek:

It's funny -- those are the rich-folk places! Venture into my county, where even the Wendy's can't stay open! On special occasions only we venture to Rockville Pike. It's like a big deal to us to have that many operating businesses on one road, lol. But I've been to that Dave & Busters quite a few times, cool.

And yes, the traffic is a bitch out here, surpassed only by LA, I think.

Aspen - now THAT'S rich folk - $300 for a jeans. I'm just so used to malls and shopping, I guess I never really considered it rich folk places. I always look at the major cities - whwre it's $30 for a crap meal, and $200 hotel rooms. Now - Wendy's not staying open late? In that case - I must be Bill Gates:lol:

No, I meant the Wendy's actually closed down, not just closed early in the evening. Though I think that had more to do with the inefficiency and ineptitude of the people working there rather than a lack of customers.
