Technically yes, but delve just a little further into it and you will see that Mininova is only online with a certain service that they offer where the bands and labels themselves upload their music there and mininova tracks it legally. Far from what it was before. ISOhunt should technically be offline right now, as they are appealing a cease and desist order. If it is not appealed successfully, they will be gone too.
