It doesn’t matter if they are well known or super obscure really, what are the best metal demos you’ve ever came across ??
Some of my personal choices:

MORBID – December Moon
GOAT MOLESTOR – Ancient Barbaric Assault
ABSURD – Thurinigan Pagan Madness
VON – Satanic Blood
TOMB OF.. – The Rotting Break
GONTYNA KRY – Welowie
TUDOR demos
ATOMIC AGGRESSOR demos
GRAVELAND – In the Glare of Burning Churches
GRAVELAND – The Celtic Winter
FULLMOON – United Aryan Evil
VELES – The Triumph of Pagan Beliefs
DEATH YELL – Vengeance From Darkness
FROZEN SHADOWS – Empires De Glace
HELLHAMMER – Satanic Rites
PESTE NOIRE – Macabre Transcendance..
VELES – The Triumph of Pagan Beliefs
NECROVORE – Divius De Mortuus
BONE AWL - Magnetism of War

Probably WOY’s most bm oriented release

Recommended for fans of Immortal and Emperor and the like. Their two full lengths are amazing as well.

One of the best bm releases to ever come out of France..

Truly beautiful, sad music, and I’m not usually a doom fan.

Got to love that raw yet majestic Polish bm sound

Great Ildjarn influenced bm with a punkish vibe

Absolute Zero - Piracy (angular hardcore-tinged tech-thrash, like a Watchtower/The Accüsed marriage, and from 1988 when the style was fairly unprecedented AFAIK)
Artillery - Shellshock and Deeds of Darkness (love the strong doom metal influence and deranged vocals of their pre-album singer; production-wise I prefer the songs on these to what Fear of Tomorrow got, and the unreleased songs are still great as well)
Chaos Horde - '86 Demo (raw thrash with hellish shrieking that scratches the same itch that very early Anacrusis gives me)
Dreadnot - Cypothiensis (maybe the most out-there and experimental metal release I know of from its time, sci-fi weirdo-thrash from guys that cited Mekong Delta and Voivod as influences alongside Univers Zero and King Crimson)
Forbidden - Trapped, Disillusions (amazing how their best material never made it to an album; really dark and mature progressive metal that exceeds Calvert's own in Dreaming Neon Black)
Glacier - Demo '88 (hyper-melodic power metal greatness)
Heathen - Paul Baloff Demo (enough said)
Maelstrom - This Battle to Make History, Yet History Never Comes (if Sabbat had music that got even close to Walkyier's lyrics, it would sound like this)
Moral Decay - To Build an End (a very tasteful fusion of thrash and old-school emotive hardcore that works much better than one might expect)
Spectral Incursion - Middle of Nowhere (thrashy and obscure-sounding progressive metal)
Ulysses Siren - both demos (buzzsaw riff mastery)

I'm not gonna count acts like Paysage d'Hiver who abuse the term "demo".

Gontyna Kry- Welowie

Graveland- The Celtic Winter

Brenoritvrezorkre- Vasagraèbe éakr vatrè

Agalloch- From Which of This is Oak

^^^Glad someone enjoyed it. Probably my favourite Bone Awl demo that I’ve herad thus far, I tend to love punky bm, everything from Bone Awl to Absurd's punky stuff to Malveillance.

Fullmoon - United Aryan Evil

For fans of Graveland and good NSBM

Yeah I agree, this is one of the finest NSBM/Poish releases for sure right up there with “Thousand Swords” and “Following the Voice of Blood” from Graveland. If you haven’t heard it yet Veles’ “Triumph of Pagan Beliefs” is worth checking out as well. :)
