It's a joke. It means barbeque yes but it's the Bodom After Midnight / Bodom Beach Terror combo, if I'm not mistaken, it came with the sausage grill thing they used to do and kinda stuck around or something..

I think they used to call bodom beach terror BBT, I don't think they still do the medley anymore. And then they realized "OMG BBT is nearly BBQ"!
