What guitar is this?

I bought this crappy 8th hand guitar in 1992. It was originaly electric red colour but I modded to leopard and some other stupide changes. Pegs and some screws are not original.
The guitar had nothing written, no brand, no serial number...
Years ago I opened it to see what was inside and found that a small electronical piece had written a name on it ( i don't remember). I googled that name and found that it was a polish electronical manufacturer. So I guess it is from poland maybe...

Does anybody know what fucking guitar is it?
BTW, it sounds like crap cause there is something broken inside but it used to have a very fat and heavy sound, nothing great though.

Definitely piece of shit japanese or catolog guitar. maybe from 60's like Teisco Del Ray, Kay, Harmony, EKO etc....

looks rad as shit.

Hey Jevil, I did some sleuthing on this (not much really as I knew I'd seen it before in a book I have). This is a "Defil Jola 2" from the mid 1970s. Made in Poland. Looks like the headstock's been hacked at and obliviously the body's been repainted (badly) but everything else looks stock.

20 years later I finally know what the hell is this guitar.
I paid 5.000 pesetas (30 &#8364.

I found this pic... I remember pickups were blue before the Very Metal mod.

I used to have an old Framus Billy Lorento (just another Alias of Willi Lorenz Stich aka Bill Lawrence) that looked very similar...but differently shaped headstock IIRC

I'd say it's the mach 2 version of a Jola as it has no truss rod cover so I'm guessing it has no truss rod. The pic I've got has got the three frett dots at the 12th like yours.

If you like the Young Ones, please, I beg you, leave it in you memory banks in all it's glory and never go back there. I loved this show when I was a kid. I thought it was the funniest thing ever. About a year ago I found it on DVD and after watching a whole episode with some friends and not one laugh I discovered that somethings are better left in the 1980s where they came from.
