probobly just a pressure explosion, from the idiot putting the cap on the bottle and the product gases exerted a force on the bottle that it wasn't designed to take, making it explode. I used to fiddle with dry ice bombs. fun stuff, but these guys are fucking idiots for using chlorine compounds. Chlorine gas will do wonders at corroding the bronchioles in your lungs instantaneously, making you drown in your own blood, but hey, if they were that stupid. Then the world would probobly be better off without them anyway.
