This question may have been asked before, but whatever happened to the original guitarists of Sanctuary- Sean Blosl and Lenny Rutledge?

I can't tell you anything about them but Dave Budbill lives out here in Bradenton,Fl. I saw him a few weeks ago while i was working at Books A Million. His band was playing that Sat. i was unable to go bc of work, the same slips me at the moment however. He did say they were similar to Sanctuary.

i used to have the official .txt saved on my pc but since it was awhile ago i lost it. sean and lenny broke away from sanctuary to form a different band (grunge) because most seattle grunge bands were becoming quite popular (the time of soundgarden, sonic youth, etc)
so warrel jim and jeff found mark harrington and eventually found nevermore. in the early days (im talking like the 92 demos) there was only jeff playing guitar, jim on bass, warrel, and mark harrington. after a short tour, (including most of washington) they finished recording. (by this time van was already in)
so basically sean and lenny stayed together & formed a grunge band (which i cant remember the name for the life of me) and eventually grunge faded out and they did too. i believe somewhere on that new theres a blosl tribute page

Oh Budbill has a metal band! I have read that he became a fanatic christian and said that he wouldn't play metal any more 'cause it's devil's music and it wasn't a rumor Warrel did said that! I'm fucking confused.

I saw Lenny at a party a few months ago and the boy looked like Zakk Wylde. Big hairy beard.... and a belly to match.

they tried to sell out, and now theyre working at burger king while nevermore stayed heavy and at least are still in the business of making albums. \

selling out doesnt pay

which is not to say that I know him now, so it has no baring on anything so I dont even know why I brought it up. But that's what he is up too now. I don't exactly understand what he's doing but I guess it works for him.
