What is the title of the debut Arena album?

Excuse my ignorance, but one of my favourite musicians said he was highly influenced by this band's debut disc, and I'd like to check it out.

Also, please recommend me the most essential Arena albums to check out.

The first album is called "Songs from the lions cage"... and the most essential album is "The Visitor", but the rest is very good as well.
