sorry everything is going to pot here i think. seriously, i am out of ideas, i am out of my mind!! and like to top it off.... i ran out of broken glass to finish my robot picture i was working on. maybe someone else in my building will smoke crack and start throwing furniture around and smash another window if i'm lucky.

when i was at the grocery store a couple days back, i reached out and put my jar of pasta sauce on the checkout belt and pulled my hand back to find a bizarrely-shaped splinter of glass embedded in my palm. can i sue for THAT?

well, you'd have to have damages to sue for. if you have damages, you'd probably get some sort of meager settlement.
