hm... im not sure what's meant with "Violent Cartoon Character" but if it's what i think it is i'd say Lobo, you know that huge guy with corpse paint (almost) and long chains with great hooks for whacking opponents with.

I was watching some old Loony Tunes cartoon and I wanted to find out who your favorite character was. I mean cartoons from the 40's, 50's, and the 60's.
