what is your favorite mid-tempo thrash song?

Bloodletting is actually a really fast album compared to Necroshine or From the Underground & Below...at least, the most noticeable songs ("Bleed Me," "Death Comes Out To Play," and the godly "What I'm Missin'") are pretty damn fast. Killbox does have a good chunk of mid-paced stuff, yeah. "The Sound of Dying" fucking RULES...I'd have to say the best song on their is also the fastest, though–"Unholy." That song fucking shreds.

Dude... we have the same taste... I'd love to have an Overkill cover band... I do a pretty wicked Blitz and the songs you mentionned would be on the setlist... Adding Devil by the Tail of course!!! That song has the best thrash riff of the 21 century...

Dude, an Overkill cover band would be fucking SWEET. I know a couple guitarists down in SoCal where I'm going to school who are big Kill fans; if you're ever in that area we ought to jam.

C.O.T.L.O.D rules, but there's a lotta competition on that album...Burnt Offerings and Over the Wall have those fucking sweet guitar duets, and Apocalyptic City just shreds your face.

I liked First strike is deadly more than burnt offerings but yeah they duel melody solo shit is awesome in both. Over the Wall is so fucking awesome. Thanks for the suggestions before on Testament albums. Do you play drums Or BAss Pyrus??? I just figured since Larf wanted to sing and you know some guitarists. Oh yea Alone in The Dark is aweosme.... actually the whole albums awesome.

I think he was making a joke about the complexity of their music and meaning IT WOULD BE NICE TO LEARN SOME OF THAT SO WE COULD PLAY CRYPTOPSY SONGS. Thats just what i got though, I dont know.
