Coma of Souls I reckon. It's the most consistent and thrashiest.
Extreme Aggression has some great tunes, as does Enemy of God, but only Coma... Has People of the Lie on it!

Edit - anyone seen the DVD making of film that came with Enemy of God? It's worth watching for the part where the guitarist is eating a sandwich then puts it down in time to rip out some awesome solo, cool as fuck!
