Most of what i listen to isn't metal these days.. I've out grown it.

These days i have a "schitzophrenic" taste, i can jump from totally bizarre ends of the spectrum and not notice. I'm a prog, AOR, Avante Garde, Jazz man these days... Even then i'm the most overly critical, picky person i know hahaha..

According to my Itunes in the last 24 hours i have Today's playlist:

The Residents - WB:RMX
Ribspreader - Congregating The Sick (cool leads Dan)
John Zorn - The Bribe
Captain Beyond - Captain Beyond
King Diamond - Voodoo
Alfred Schnittke - Concerto Grossi No 1
Benny Mardones - Benny Mardones
Frank Zappa - Shut Up 'N Play Yer Guitar Some More
Saraya - Saraya
Rainbow - Bent out of Shape
Rainbow - Difficult To Cure
Bruce Springsteen - Tunnel Of Love

People say i'm crazy...

in LOVE with Pink Floyd but some other non metal stuff:
Unicorn \ Nightingale (ofcourse! - although im not entirely sure if much\most of these 2 are considered metal, but i do listen to them for 'a change')
The Police
Fleetwood Mac
Anathema's latter stuff
Joe Satriani
David Bowie
Andrew WK
Soungarden
AC/DC
War of the Worlds soundtrack
Sonic 2 \ Street Fighter 2 \ Final Fantasy 7 soundtracks

at least elaborate some of the bands

Well here's a few hc bands I listen to. Some of these do have a certain metallic edge, however none of them can be called real metal. Other than End of Days perhaps, metal is just over the limit here, yet I still consider them HC (their last Dedicated to Extreme effot is really worth checking)

Terror, Cataract, Born From Pain, Hatebreed, Throwdown, Stampin' Ground, Sworn Enemy, Toxic Bonkers, Biohazard, Pro-Pain, 100 Demons, Full Blown Chaos, End of Days, The Red Chord, HORSE the Band, Ringworm, PX-Pain, Knut, Ion Dissonance, Bury Your Dead, Blood is the Harvest, Darkest Hour, Faust Again, Crowbar, Burning Skies, Mastodon, Maroon, Deadsoil.

Here's just a few of them, I can think of many more that I like.

And no, I do not intend to argue with you. At least not on this board.

Tee Hee, Maroon. Saw them at Summer Breeze this year. The singer was quite drunk and made a habit of maikng brilliant announcements such as "Good to see so many of you up already on a monday morning" (it was friday) and "You guys in Austria really know how to rock" (it was in Germany).

I would recommend people get these two albums......they're aweseome psychadellic space rock music

Failure - Fantastic Planet

HUM - YOU'd prefer and astronaut
