I play drums & percussion, all kind of guitars, bass, piano & keys, flutes...and since a few days I know, I´m also an acceptable singer :) I´m specialized on the guitar, but I can play all instruments, like that I´m not depending on other musicians in the studio.

I hope, that sounds not toooo conceited..but you asked :)

I started as a guitar player, now I would call myself a bassplayer in the first place, I play guitar to record my stuff and so on.
At the moment I am really diggin my fretless bass and write some instrumental "chill out" stuff-bass only-percussion style sounds through slapping and stuff, synthi like stuff with the fretless and so on.

Just guitar here, I'm utterly useless at drums and sing only in the car (and be glad none of you are in there with me  )

Voted multi-instumentalist.

I play drums (mainly), guitars/bass, flute, panpipe, piano/keyboards, trumpet, violin, cello,
glockenspiel and triangle but none of these very good

EDIT: As for primary: Drums, because I play them the longest.

Multi-Instrumentalist, i play most instruments with frets on them and i can handle most kinds of instruments with keyboards.
I know how to play some basic stuff on drums, violin, cello, flute etc. but thats basically at the level of "Twinkle, Twinkle Little Star"(Except for drums where i actually used to be decent.). ;P

I voted "multi-instrumentalist", though I'm not sure about the "proper". :D

I started learning the piano and flute at age 7, stopped the flute after a few months, but continued with piano lessons for 11 years.

Sang in a choir for 8 years... so far my only experience with international touring, haha!

Started learning the guitar on my own at age 17 and it's what I mainly play nowadays as it's what I play in the band.

Last year I got myself a bass and started to learn fingerstyle, even got to record some stuff and it worked out pretty well. So I guess that counts too.

In the future I would also like to learn to play the hang drum. But it's so hard to find a real one, they are so rare and expensive...

Guitars, bass, keys, flute, some drums and sing. Wanna learn some oboe one day... just love its sound !
