I'm still yet to see how/why Peter Gabriel can/does supposedly top his successor.

This argument is so tired man!
I prefer the Gabriel era because i think the band were more nnovative and enjoyable at that time. Selling England by the Pound and Foxtrot are my favourite prog rock releases.
