So I go to a few car forums from time to time, and they all have swear filters. One in particular is really bad, as evident from some dude saying "woodpecker" and it coming out as wood******. Another forum turns WTF into ***. To that I say WTF, we're all adults and can speak any childish language we want. Well I guess we aren't all adults but I've been hearing swear words from 5 year olds since I was 5 myself.

I'm glad I can say cunt shit piss cock fart jesus fuck bullshit my pals balls asshair rabbit-testes motherfucker vagina and assrapingdemon here.

I try to avoid it in daily life since it makes the language less interesting and more stupid when throwing in curses instead of using words that really explain what you're trying to comunicate.

same thing is on the MINI forums ... the logic of the webmaster is that a lot of kids come there + the manufacturers/dealers actually visit these forums for feedback, so these *****'s discourage the spammers and foul mouths to ruin good discussion.
