I didn't have any problem understanding the English spoken in the video. If you want to really hear messed English go to the south in the U.S. I actually had to have some one translate southern drawl for me at store one time.

Or better yet go to Savannah George and hear African Americans speak a combination of Ebonics and southern twang. It took me three weeks of hanging out with a guy from there until I could understand anything he said.
