The designers for the album artwork are usually credited on the album liner notes: e.g. FTR, AYDY, Sami Saramäki; Hatebreeder, Graham French; Blooddrunk & RRF, Jussi Hyttinen

Artwork ideas at least on the last two albums were by Henkka.

What about the T Shirt designs I just caught them on their 15th Anniversary tour and they had some sick T Shirt designs! Would love to know who made those, Thanks for any help!

As Henkka says in this interview (at c. 4:40), he gets involved with "the imagery and aesthetics (of the band) ... the merchandise and artwork", so although he probably doesn't do the actual designs (or maybe he does!), he's clearly closely involved
