It's a good thing. In the past 4 years, I can remember only 2 friday nights that I did not work. I don't think I had any Saturday nights off. I've worked every 'kin holiday as well.
It'll do for now, I'm going to keep looking though. I want to get out of the restaurant business. There is a job with a major food service company, at a particular university that I have in my sights. The chef at that location is somewhat of a freind, and he would hire me, but he has a very low turnover of employees. I have to wait until someone quits or gets fired.
