Yup, in Xbox Live Marketplace. There's about 40 or so songs available for purchase. The entire album of Nirvana's Nevermind will be on by the end of the month, plus Metallica plans on releasing full albums. How cool would it be to play Master of Puppets in it's entirety?

No, Testament. Very little in the way of thrash on Rock Band, although at least there is some Maiden. GH2 had Anthrax and Megadeth while GH3 had Slayer and Megadeth.
