Yes I can, at least partly, the watching part I can imagine, the thinking part not completely.
I've had an accident once and after I lost a lot of blood it was like being beside yourself seeing what you do and what others do to you.
Pretty strange if it happens but in a way it was kinda fun to have such an experience.
