Well I don't know. I've read about Sweden before, like, the cities and Malmö just always appealed to me. I still have to read more about the city though, but it has always been at least an area of Sweden that I was considering when I'll move there. Isn't there a university there? Because if there is, then the uni I'll be going to definitely would have an exchange program for it.

Swedish Language Course at Lund University

Lund University hosts the International Swedish University Programs (ISU), which arranges summer courses of various lengths in association with Folkuniversitetet. The courses focus on giving the participants a working knowledge of Swedish and are conducted in Swedish from the start. Additional excursions and guest lectures are aimed at giving the participants an insight into Swedish society.

Yeah, the site makes it sound like that, calling it "the university town of Lund", as if it's the only reason why Lund even exists.
