I´m reading an article (actually from a softcore porn mag) about a ultimate fighting fighter...he says he doesn´t have sex 10 days before a upcoming fight as it wasting energy which...is correct but myu qustions is then....actually there is two quesitons......why?? like ultimate fighting must hurt quite abit and is it really worth it??
