Well the americans seems to think this.
Look at GTA, one of the most violent games there is and no one said anything.
But when some fans made a sex mod(that you had to download to play and you couldn't even see anything) then the parents reacted.
But not because of the violence but because sex will destroy their kids minds(but running around with a chainsaw killing man,women and old people won't )

And if it weren't for the americans then they would have sex with their underwear on in games .
