Who is this extra band member?

Was browsing Google Images and found this show from 2006 with a third guitarist I don't recognize.

He's on the right in this pic. The filename says jeffchrisvanjames, so, James who?

EDIT: James McDonough, apparently. I've never heard him referenced to the band. Who is he?
