Why Can't You Buy Discouraged Ones In a record shop anymore?

correct me if im wrong but wasnt DO released in 1998? why cant you go into HMV and buy it? why was it withdrawn? why am i writing this ?

'Discouraged Ones' is in stores everywhere here still. Century Media distributes it, so I even see it in malls sometimes. I heard that HMV and metal distribution in Canada was having some serious problems, because the main distributor went bankrupt, so that could have something to do with it. You should ask HMV employees if they can order it. If they can, it means they just aren't stocking it (shame on them).. if they can't, then its a distro problem.
