Why does Deicide skip Massachusetts?

I posted this on the GMD forums but didn't get too far yet... anyone know why? I've heard of them being banned from one of the bigger venues here(Palladium) and i've heard another rumor about there being arrest warrants out for Glen Benton but that wouldn't make sense with extradition and shit

Hey man i dont think Glen is in trouble with the law now cause apperently Deicide is comin to Toronto Canada and i am going to the show. I say this in contrast to the arrest warrants cause the Canadian borders are super strict into whom they let in the borders and all, immigration laws may be a bit leanient but border patrol arent. So if Glen Benton does have arrest warrants he wont be getting through the Canadian border ..............(man i sure as hell fucking hope they come to town this time) they never showed up at the Kathedral a few years ago.
