Why the delays?

Okay, I'm new around here, but I've been listening to Zero Hour for a couple of years...

I'm curous why the delays on the CD release? And Where can I get a copy when it is out?

they needed to find a new singer and redo the music, so that took some time. i advise checking out www.lasercd.com for a song from the new album and a place to get it as well.
