I pretty much agree with this dude except I would put "Deliverance" in the garbage bin too. And I sort of think "Damnation" was a clever venture, but now I never listen to it anymore.

I'm all for fans supporting their favorite band vigorously. But there comes a point where it's a form of worship or idolatry, it starts making me feel a little queasy. The Opeth board is like that, and there's more than a whiff of it on the NM board. And don't even bring up CoB.

man, I think Janne Warman is amazing. His solo CDs are a little spotty but when he just sits down and plays, wow.

Janne Warman is pretty nuts. He can do more than just shred on the keyboard, I believe he's classically trained too. The creme de la creme of keyboardists is still Vitalij Kuprij in my book.
