Hoegaarden is fine but it's a very light beer !
I prefer a good Abbaye de Leffe or a good Adelscott !

Ahh, hoegaarden is not soooo bad, i like the grand cru a little bit. It's just not my kind of beer, and the fact that my hometown is westmalle will clear things up a bit.
Hell, i even stayed in their monastery for three days one time.

Here in Belgium, all those beers aren't that expensive
It's about 1 euro in the stores, and 2.5 euro in the bars. You can guess allready how i come home in the weekends...

Chimay, Judas, Duvel, Rochefort, Sloeber (the beer Boma drinks in 'FC de Kampioenen' )... choice enough

I really need to try more European beers. I really enjoy Guinness and Newcastle Brown Ale.

Then again, I'm a poor college student with no job, and imported beers are really expensive in the States.
