The German manowarriors just keep going without much in the way of recognition. Their albums are pretty interchangeable, they don't go fixing what ain't broke to use a million times used cliche. The new album is solid. It ain't spectacular. I could have done with a couple more Manowarian Chest beating anthems but of course it sounds very close to the Kings of Metal with a Grave Digger-y feel of course. Here are two songs on YT about death lol so you got Angel of Death, Black Death and the albums called Death! Angel of Death is very Manowarian indeed! Sounds like it's going to break into Brothers of Metal pt 1...hehe

they are a solid band. Saw them play at the 2nd Ragnarokkr Metal Fest in 2012 in Joliet. It was a small crowd for them but they played like it was a sell out festival. Nothing I would race out and buy but still really good stuff.

Solid but not as good as Goochan or Thor. These guys are reliable at best. I do like them but there are some terrible lyrics on this new disc.

I agree, solid band and great live, but have never been able to break that C-level status unfortunately. So many bands in this category (Metalium, Majesty, etc, etc).

I think there was a bit more to Metalium than people gave them credit for. Their music was better than their presentation might imply.
