The most annoying riff is that "Your Body is a Wonderland" thing by John Mayer.
I'm not sure which is more annoying: the song/riff itself or the memories it brings up (the stupid anti/pro Mayer debates).

I'd say the harmony bit in The Boys Are Back In Town is dead annoying, it's pretty much the whole reason why I haven't wanted to check those guys out proper all this time.
