This is fascinating and I think I'll digress here. First, I know people who swear by Heineken. I also have heard from multiple sources that Heineken is "Crappy German Beer" (as I recall, it's not even made in Germany).
But what really intrigues me is the St. Pauli girl comparison. I've never tried St. Pauli girl for this reason: when I worked at a local grocery store years ago, the lesbians that worked there drank St. Pauli girl religiously. And we're talking butch babes that would flatten evil Don Swayze. I didn't want to be like them so I didn't drink it.
But I presume it has to be shittier than Heineken (not because those lesbians drank it, just because).
This is all a bit of coincedence because I was dragged in to see V for Vendetta last night, which happens to be the biggest left-wing lesbian movie of all time (didn't know this till the movie was over). I hope I'm not offending anyone here.
There is a point to all this:
Being gay or lesbian isn't a bad thing but advertising it by doing things like making an unnecessarily hyper-lesbian action flick or drinking beer with a woman on the can just to show off your sexual orientation is fucking lame.
So, before I bring forth my opinion on "#2. St. Pauli Girl is better than Heineken" I'd like to know who said that. Ether, help us out here. If it was one of my old coworkers then we should dismiss it.
