Would YOU press charges?

Well if that woman did in fact have AIDS, well that's completely different story and she should have been charged with attempted murder if she knowingly infected someone with the HIV virus - that's what happened here when some guy was going about getitng it on with various females, he knew he had HIV but had sex with quite a few females and infected them. One of them took him to court and he was found guilty and got put in jail.

But I still don't see how you can be charged with rape just by giving someone a blowjob - something along the lines of indecent assault would be more suitable I think, cos rape to me means penetration, and that obviously didn't happen when she did what she did to that guy.

Stand within a few feet of a woman who hasn't taken a shower that morning. That's enough to keep you off of them. Gag-worthy. :(

No, I think you've got a wee bit mixed up there Oinkness, its males who are absolutely reekin. Unfortunately I've smelt quite a few stinkers in my time and believe me there's someone I know who is absolutely honkin and you very nearly retch when he comes up close to you. He's totally rank and vile:Puke: :Puke: . Whereas all the females I know smell of flowers and chocolates and lovely aromas like that:Smug:

Hey, I can not take a shower for days and still smell decent. Women can miss a morning shower and smell like rotting salmon covered in moldy caviar or something.

If you need proof that women are the dirtier ones though, just peek into the bathroom at Joann Fabrics - you'll see poo and crust from head to toe, all over the place.... Seriously. If you ever get a job at a place like this, hope to God you don't have to clean the woman's bathroom!

Dude, I'm not claiming to know your perspective on this, nor am I going to, but you're making extremely widesweeping generalizations. Some women smell like ass, some don't. Some guys smell like ass, some don't.

How many man have been convicted on a woman's word alone ???
Don't get me wrong, I am against any conviction of any kind for any crime without solid proof. It's absolutely absurd to take nine months of a person's life from them for a fucking blowjob (or any number of months for any unproven crime).

it's not rape.. perhaps some other charge that doesn't cross my mind right now... but i read it in the papers alot here... lesser charge... and what does AIDS have to do with rape? ... like someone said that would be attempted murder or manslaughter or something... AIDS does not equaled forced sex.. this guy probably was in la la land dreaming that it was Pam anderson or something he has the hots for blowing him and awoke to see Oprah or Roseanne below and freaked out lol ... also I don't think i ever heard of a case where someone got HIV from a BJ... if it did this would be a BJ less world lol or guys would have to wear hefty bags all the time when done to them or they would invent mouth condoms or something like the female condoms lol ... anyways he was probably drunk and regretted who he let do that to him... but the girl should not be convicted on his word alone... did he go home with her? did other people see them together being lovey dovey? if not how did she end up in his place or wherever they were? ... these are questions that probably were not asked or answered in Norway's court... the legal system is different there so i cannot say... but i read things about it when it came to Varg's murder trial for murdering Euronymous and also Faust's conviction for murder of a gay man ... look it up.. Varg deserved conviction for his big mouth and leaving evidence behind but Faust was arrested on testimony alone i believe with no corroborating evidence..

If someone do something sexual to me even though I´ve stated it´s not what I want, I would call that rape regardless of what the act was.

If you define it differently everything becomes very arbitrary and well, unfair from time to time.

just to be clear about what rape is, here's the definition from wikipedia:

Rape is the act of making someone partake involuntarily in sexual acts through violence, force, threat of injury, other duress, or where the victim is unable to decline due to the effects of drugs, and/or alcohol. Rape is generally considered one of the most serious sex crimes.

There is no universally understood hard distinction between rape and other forms of sexual assault. The criminal laws of some jurisdictions explicitly consider all kinds of sexual activity equivalent to reproductive intercourse, whereas others use the term "rape" only, for example, in the case of penile-vaginal penetration. Some even further restrict the term "rape" to cases were a woman is forced by a man (but not the other way around). Forcible or non-consensual sex acts, such as forced fellatio or coerced cunnilingus, that do not meet the criterion for rape in a jurisdiction are often grouped in the umbrella term sexual assault.

So if the victim is sleeping it´s not rape?

fellatio is a blow job if I remember correctly
