- there. You brought it upon yourselves, people.But doesn't this happen everytime Maiden release an album/single? Some people love it, some people hate it.
Maiden must be used to it by now, I guess that's why they have the "we do what we want to do, if you don't like it we don't care" - type attitude.
It sounds like good 'ol Maiden to me, like it belongs in the company of their straight forward rockers like, Run To The Hills, Flight Of Icarus, Two Minutes To Midnight etc.
I guess the great thing is for me, is that it don't matter if some people hate it, cos' I love it and that's all that matters.

I like it, but I don't think it is that great a song, and it isn't that strong an opener either, I just mainly like the sound and the potential it shows for the rest of the album.
Also, it isn't a patch on 'The Wicker Man' IMO, but still shows great potential. I look forward to the album.

I don't like it much though... there is no hook to it whatsoever. It wasn't catchy, it didn't stick in my head at all.. it just went nowhere. A generic rock song.
What it needed was something like The Wicker Man's "YOUR TIME WILL COOOOOOOME"
that stays with you for days. I can't even remember anything from Wildest Dreams and I've listened to it 5 times.
