Hi everyone , my name is Tym and I'm moving to Calgary to start a band down there with my friend Dean. We used to have a band together in Sault Ste. Marie, called "Caveman Morrison". Anyways, we played lots of Iron Maiden, Ozzy, Metalica, Kiss , Ratt, and pretty much to sum it all up 80's metal. Is there a market , for the new band to be able play those types of tunes and an ability to play every weekend, plus getting a respectable amount doing so?

I have a cd for sale that I did myself and was also wondering what people thought if is would do well , in a city like Calgary. Cause I want to have a CD release party when I get down there

Thanx, i hope meet more people as friendly as yourself. is there a lot of metal bars to play frenquently in Calagary considering your boyfriend plays in a metal band , you would have a good idea what's out there?

I'm from Turkey and here aren't much places to play.. Like 4-5 only...
