Yaaaaaaaass!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Bodom are worth £35 to see, they were fantastic at the Fiddler last May, but the venue was shite, the Assembly rooms are great tho' so this is gonna kick that performance into the suns burning hellfires. Plus the set isn't gonna get cut short because of the Fiddlers shitty club night.

vince truly has made some excellent choices... seems like everyones happy!
Not quite. I was somewhat disappointed when I heard that CoB were headlining. Musically, they're a great band, but I just can't get on with Alexi's vocals. Which is a bit odd, given that my tastes have turned somewhat towards the extreme of late.

Have to say I am the same Tet! I have never been able to appreciate CoB and truthfully it's the vocals that I can't get to grips with. No matter however......I am more than happy that Sonata Arctica and Threshold are playing. :D

i can see your problems with them, i too had that sime gripe but i realised that if you count the vocals as ani instrument it works well... but i am just generally moving more towards extreme metal lately so maybe im just changing my tastes a little but its the voice that is my problem with their new stuff, i.e. HCDR where the singing just sounds like new metal to me... bloody slipknob or soomething, theyve lost the black metal vocals which set them apart from the others... hopefully well get hammerfall and gamma ray, im sure that will appease all you less extremely minded people... it'd certainly please me! go on vince... you know it makes sense...
