I definitely need some more Zappa. I'm pretty fond of what I do have. The Shut Up 'n' Play Yer Guitar collection is good stuff, but I really like Apostrophe and Sheik Yerbouti a lot. Hot Rats is also quite good of course. I have a few other albums, but I don't really know where to go next, or else I probably would have acquired more albums by now.

As I'm sure most know, some excellent musicians came out of the Zappa camp. Vinnie Coliuta(drummer), Victor Wooten(bass) Steve Vai(guitar) and I think Devin Townsend played with Frank when he was 19. There's probably more, just can't think of them all right now.

I have visited the place and it is really nice in a 3rd grade color scheme sort of way. I have to wear sunglasses just to read the posts. The threads are for the most part pretty dumb. Like something about making out with a girl who has seizures. And the first tournament,:?: Acronym's. I am pretty old but this sounds like something you would do at a retirement home.
I like UM and for now, it is my HOum.

Better get some midol to go with the box of tampons rag boy. Tying shoes and combing hair and talking on the phone make for long pages of unmeaningful threads. The Acronym thread was for everybody and no votes or competition hindered anyone from participating. It was fun dammit.

Back on Topic, One Size Fits All and Overnight Sensation/Apostrophe are tops in my book
