Have you heard this fucker yet??? Fragile Mind was very dissapointing, but his one sounds WAY more along the lines of Towers of Avarice!!!!
Yes. I picked it up at ProgPower and have been spinning it since. Awesome disc. Has a good shot to be my #1 of 2006.

I'm so fucking amped for this. Towers has a special place in my heart, and this sounds more along them lines, from the samples.

I know you, Zod, were also dissapointed with last years Fragile Mind so if you are prasing it like that, I'm in for a treat. :kickass:

Just ordered it from THE END.

Thanks for the link.

I've been hesitating to check this out since I was so disappointed in "Fragile Mind".

Hearing these clips... I don't think I'll pick this up. Seems to be treading the same ground musically... and I just can't deal with vocalists who try to be Geoff Tate anymore. Now Erik Rosvald... there was an interesting voice....

Treading the same musical ground as "Fragile"? Not even close.

I didn't care for "Fragile". And to be honest, I didn't care for Chris at first. However, after a few spins, this became my disc of the year.

I've only heard the short clips available on The End... but musically it seems to be reheated "Towers of Avarice" ideas.

Yeah, the vocalist does try to channel Tate, but it sounds very different in the context of a relentlessly heavy tech-metal album...just heard the full version of Evidence of the Unseen on the Laser's Edge website (ZH ordered as part of my birthday haul of course), and it kills.
