Hi, I noticed on the cd version of Metallica Kill'em all there is only 10 tracks. On the old tape i had there was 12 tracks on this album. WHy did they remove AM i evil ? and Blitzkrieg on the cd version ? I had to buy a Japan cd to get the 12 tracks. I had to buy the cd used also...
